Failure is EASY in this Economy

One of the reasons failure is so easy in this economy, is that you have so many things you can blame for your own failure.  If you're a Democrat, you can blame Bush and Cheney.  If you're a Republican, you can blame Obama and his social programs.  Or you can blame the World Economy, the National Economy, the War in Iraq, 9/11, the Real Estate Market, the loss of a job, our any of a number of other things you can't control for your lack of success in this economy.

However, true Champions don't blame anybody.  True champions rise above the circumstances.  They know that the economy is bad, but they make a plan to succeed in spite of the circumstances.  True Champions realize that they are in charge of their own life, and their success or failure rests solely upon what they do. 

True Champions take responsibility for their own success.

My challenge to all of us is who are you?  Are you willing to accept failure?  Are you going to collapse into the fetal position in the corner, because you're scared by what's going on around you?  Or are you going to accept that in spite of the fact things are very difficult, success or failure ultimately rests in your own hands.

The choice is yours.
